I was starving to death when Lanta Animal Welfare found me. Please be the friend I never had.

I don’t know why my owners didn’t care about me. I loved them so much. They were my whole world.

But they left me to starve.

I was so hungry, I wandered the streets, desperately trying to find food. There was no way for me to complete with the stray dogs, who would bully and chase me away. ​

Things were very bad in my life. I would have starved to death, were it not for Lanta Animal Welfare, who took me into their care.

My experience has left me fearful and I struggle to trust people. This means, it may be some time before I find the loving home I deserve.

Until then, I’m safe at Lanta Animal Welfare, but sadly, I am one of many. It costs a lot of money to look after us and continue rescuing other suffering dogs and cats.
