Hi, I’m Oatmeal! I’m a dainty young girl and I’m on my journey transforming from a fearful puppy to becoming so much more confident with humans. Every day I’m improving. I’ve come such a long way already! I can now approach those who I know and won’t mind a cuddle or two too.
When it comes to other doggies, I’m all in for fun and play specially the ones that are are smal sized like me. By playing it helps me forget all the bad things I’ve been through.
I’m now looking for a loving home where I can continue to grow and build trust at my own pace. If you’re patient and understanding, I’ll bring quiet joy and companionship into your home. I may need a little extra time to open up, but I promise, with the right family, I’ll thrive.
Also I would prefer a doggie friend to be kind of a support dog for me as well as a playmate.
A fisherman found me stuck in a sharp fishing net in a mudbank. I had been there way too long.
I was terrified, starving, injured and in pain. Luckily he got me loose and took me to Lanta Animal Animal Welfare.
The kind vets got quite a shock as the some of net was imbedded in my chest and even my skin was trying to heal itself by growing over the net.
I’m all healed up and healthy now, but the scars still tell the trauma I’ve been through.
