About Me
Dear friends,my name is Morris and I am a long-term resident here at Lanta Animal Welfare.
I think it's nice here and all, but to be quite frank with you, I have been dreaming of my very own home for well over five years now.
It is heartbreaking to me how nobody seems to want me in their lives.
Maybe it's because I only have 3 legs? In terms of running and jumping, I am just as athletic as the other cats I'm living with at the moment.
It doesn't bother me really, but I hope it doesn't make me less loveable to humans either.
I should mention that I have FIV as well. That means I should not roam free like I used to. But I an mingle in a home with other cats as long as they are not fighters.
I adore attention and cuddles. Being a typical ginger cat, I can be a little mischevious sometimes, but never in a mean way.
Why am I Here at Lanta Animal Welfare?
Originally, I was living life as one of the market cats. That means, I roam around between the stalls of the nearby market area and hunt down food scraps.However, life is hard when you have nobody to care for you, so when I was hurt on my cheek and front leg real bad, it was endless misery and suffering. Luckily, the nice people at LAW took me in to nurse me back to health.
Isn't there somebody out there for me?
