I was found on the island of Ko Phi Phi with skin disease all over my body. They call the condition I have ‘eosinophilic skin disease’ and it left me with bald patches everywhere. I was rapidly losing fur.
My skin was sore and delicate. I was covered in ticks and severe sunburn where my skin was exposed to the tropical climate here.
With lots of care and special creams, the vets at Lanta Animal Welfare have managed to get the spreading under control. However, I am left with a big bald spot on my back that is badly scarred and very sensitive. My fur will likely never grow back. I have lost my beauty to a disease.
I realize I am not what people picture when they think of a pretty cat.
That means, I may never be adopted because I am just not what people want.
Also, my skin is always going to need to be cared for with for with creams and lotions. Who would want to take on that task?
While I wait for a miracle, will you please do something special and sponsor me?
Your support will help not only me, but go to saving more fellow rescues that urgently need medical attention.
If you decide to sponsor, I promise to send you regular updates on how I’m holding up.
