Hello, I’m Avon!

I am very playful, I think I could play all day at the moment. I love to be with the nice girls and boys at LAW, and with other dogs. I am quite confident and the staff here have taught me a lot. I  love to go for walks and the beach is my favourite walking place. There are so many fast crabs there.

I’m quite confident with people I know. The staff at LAW have started training with me to make me calmer and it’s working already. I am learning so much. Two things I have definitely learned… I love humans and I love cuddles!

I’m one of the 31 dogs that have been SO lucky to get rescued away from a shelter on the mainland.

We all were so scared, we got caught on the streets and put into a bad place with very little food, shelter and care.

I don’t think I would have survived there long if LAW hadn’t come to rescue me and my sisters and take us away from there.
