Hi, I’m Curly.

I’m a proper little cutie, and I know it. I’m a bit of a shy girl, but I do love to play with other dogs and get human cuddles, although I prefer to get to know people before they get my special hugs!

It does take me a little time to get to know and trust humans, but I’m getting better all the time. There are lots and lots of lovely boys and girls at LAW and I’m happy to hang out and go for a walk with pretty much anybody these days.

I love going for my walks, although I don’t really like the noisy traffic. I’m much happier when we get to the beach or the forest and I can relax and have a run around and maybe a splash in the sea. That’s great fun.

I think it would be lovely to live in a nice, quiet home, perhaps with another doggie to keep me company and help to keep me safe.

I’m one of 31 dogs that was SO lucky to get rescued from a nasty shelter on the mainland. We were all so scared. We got caught on the streets and put into a bad place with very little food, shelter and care. I don’t think I would have survived there long if LAW hadn’t come to rescue us and take us away from there.
