Hi everyone, I’m Teife.

I am quite the little character, but you won’t see the best of me until I get to know you properly because I’m quite shy around new people. But once I do learn to trust you, watch out. You can expect bundles of love and cuddles from me. I love to play with people and with other dogs. Playtime is definitely my favourite thing.

I am a very smart cookie. Part of our care and training here at LAW involves playing games with the humans, and everyone is always telling me what a clever girl I am. I can play all the games and I’m really good at them. I really enjoy playing them, too, especially as it means I get extra treats and cuddles.

I was rescued from a shelter on the mainland, along with lots of other dogs that also now live at LAW. Most of us were only little puppies when we arrived here. We had all been caught on the streets and taken to a bad place where we had hardly any food or shelter. We were all so scared. I really don’t know how long I would have survived if LAW hadn’t come to rescue me. I think I’m very lucky to be here, although I would love a proper home.
