About Me
I’m always the first one to greet you at the gate! Once I hear footsteps, I’m on my way.
I’m a confident and playful girl. I like to play with my best friend, Moose. He is also goofy like me, that’s why we get along so well! I LOVE humans, I love to play with them or just be with them. Getting cuddled is my obsession!
What Makes Me Special
I might look a bit rough and tough, but I’m a proper softie.
I got hit by a car when I was roaming on the streets. I broke my pelvis and dislocated my hip which caused the way I walk now. Sadly not much more can be done, so I need to be careful when walking on a bumpy road, or on steps. A flat backyard would be ideal for me to run around.
Despite the problems with my hips and legs, I’m full of energy and I can still run around playing with my doggy pals, just the same as any other dog would do.
Why am I Here at Lanta Animal Welfare?
I was rescued from a terrible shelter on the mainland together with my siblings. We were just two months old, so small and vulnerable. I don’t think we would have survived there long if LAW hadn’t come to rescue us and take us away from there.
Then, a local family on Koh Lanta fell in love with me and took me home but, after my accident, they decided they didn’t want me anymore.
So…yes, I had to come back to Lanta Animal Welfare, and I’m now hoping there will be someone who really wants to give me a second chance, and will never abandon me again.
