Hi, Wurly here!
I’ve become a happy doggie, and everyone says I have the biggest smile in the world. I also have become a more confident girl, that loves to play with other dogs and get human cuddles.I’m easy going and like to investigate new things around me. Walkies with some friends and people that I know? No problem!
What Makes Me Special
I need a bit of time to feel safe around new people. Once I’ve been around you some times I’m keen for a cuddle.
Why am I Here at Lanta Animal Welfare?
I’m one of the 50 dogs that have been SO lucky to get rescued away from a government shelter on the main land. We all were so scared, we got caught on the streets and put into this place with very little food. I was only a small puppy then, so I had no chance to get my tummy full when much more bigger dogs were hungry too, whenever I tried to get some cooked rice that we were given, there was a bigger dog that growled and tried to bite me..
I don’t think I would have survived there long if LAW hadn’t come to rescue us and take us away from there.
