Hello everyone, I’m Conwy.

I’m quite shy, especially around new people. But I am becoming more confident the more time I spend with the team at LAW. They take me on lovely walks to the beach, which I really enjoy, and they play games with me too. It is great because I also get tasty treats.

Even though I can be a little shy around humans sometimes, I absolutely love other dogs. I adore playtime with my friends in our area. We have so much fun running and chasing each other. I can also be a bit mischievous, but in a playful way. For example, when someone comes into our area I will usually hide for a moment, but when the others are getting cuddles, I will sneak in and join in too.

I would be most comfortable in a home with another friendly and confident dog to help me build my confidence, and with humans who are calm and patient.

I was rescued from a shelter on the mainland along with many other dogs who now live at LAW. Most of us were little puppies when we arrived. We had been caught on the streets and taken to a place where there was hardly any food or shelter, and we were all very scared. I do not know how long I would have survived if LAW had not come to rescue me. I am very lucky to be here and I hope to find a proper forever home soon.
