Hi I am Penelope. I am a beautiful girl with lovely shiny soft fur and cute white socks! I love to go on long walks, and when we come back I love to have a long sleep before I go out again.

I am a very gentle girl. That might be because I was so sick when I arrived here. I could not do much for a long time as I was in Intensive Care but the lovely vets and nurses took really good care of me. I am always smiling when someone comes to say hello to me. I am very clever and cheeky, I know to stop and ask for treats on walks. My favourite thing to do is to chase the Chickens!

When I was rescued, I was very sick with a type of cancer called TVT, which was very advanced. If they hadn’t rescued me and given me urgent treatment, I would have died. Now I am very fit and healthy and hope to find a forever home. Do you need a new best friend?
